3. I CANNOT FIND AN ITEM.
You can use the search function that searches through the entire product database. Try different keywords for best results. If you still cannot find the item please send an email to us at

We provide complete collections. If you cannot find an article, chances are that it is no longer available. A collection is refreshed 1 or 2 times a year. In this case new items are added, but occasionally items are also discontinued.

4. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We strive to ship orders placed on working days before 17.00 on the same day . It is therefore not possible to change your order.
If we send you an e-mail indicating that not all of your ordered items are immediately available, then at that time you can of course change the contents of your order . Please communicate this change as soon as possible to us at (info@cornerstore.nl).

5. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
You can use an e-mail to notify us of any changes info@cornerstore.nl. We will make the change immediately for you.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. It is therefore important that we have the proper email address. Through the order confirmation we confirm that the ordering process was successful and that we have received your order.

8. NOT ALL OF MY ORDER IS IN STOCK, WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We try to deliver everything from stock. Unfortunately it sometimes happens that an item is temporarily not in our warehouse. Of course you can order this item but the delivery time will be slightly longer.
Delivery times may vary from a few days to, in extreme cases, four weeks. Herein, we depend on our suppliers who unfortunately can not give exact delivery dates.

9. CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
If you do not want to keep an item for any reason, you can return it to Corner Store. Returns within fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery.
An extended return period of 30 days applies during the December month.
If an item proves to be defective within the expected lifetime, let us know via email at info@cornerstore.nl. Often you can return the item and we will contact the supplier for a suitable solution.

10. HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Despite our utmost care and control it may happen that after your purchase a material or manufacturing error has occurred. We recommend that you inspect the item for defects immediately after you have received it and let us know of any defects found within a reasonable time. Please direct such concerns in writing to (info@cornerstore.nl).

11. WHEN DO I GET MONEY BACK AFTER A RETURN?
When we have received the returned items intact we settle the exchange or credit within one week.
In case of a reimbursement it shall be paid into the account from which you have paid.

14. How Do I Know If An Item Is In Stock?
In each article, what we can deliver from stock is "in stock". If this is not mentioned in the article is not in stock.
Non-stock items are often already on order at the factory and usually have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks. You can order it so simply.
